How the Cascade System Works
Sweet Candy Mania builds its entire puzzle structure around a gravity-based cascade mechanic where matched candies disappear and new pieces fall from above to fill empty spaces. This creates chain reaction opportunities where a single move can trigger 5, 10, or even 20 consecutive matches as the board continuously refills and recalculates possible combinations.
The game tracks your combo multiplier in real-time, increasing by 1x for each consecutive cascade within a single move. A 10x combo multiplier means your fourth match in the chain scores ten times the base points. This exponential scoring system rewards players who can visualize cascade patterns three or four moves ahead, turning basic match-3 gameplay into a strategic puzzle where board state prediction determines success.
Power-up candies spawn when you match 4 or more pieces in specific patterns: striped candies from four-in-a-row matches clear entire rows or columns, wrapped candies from L-shaped or T-shaped matches explode in a 3x3 radius, and color bombs from five-match combinations remove every candy of one color from the board. Combining two power-ups by swapping them together creates hybrid explosions with doubled clearing radius and point values.

Cascade Multiplier Chains
Each consecutive match within a single move increases your combo multiplier by 1x, with no upper limit. A 15-cascade chain multiplies your base match score by 15x. The system tracks your personal best cascade record and displays it on your profile. Multipliers reset when you make your next manual move.
Offline Progression System
Play all unlocked levels without internet connection with full access to earned boosters and power-ups. Progress syncs automatically when you reconnect. Lives regenerate at one per 30 minutes whether you're online or offline, up to a maximum of five stored lives.
Star Collection Rewards
Earn up to three stars per level based on your final score compared to target thresholds. Collecting 50 stars unlocks the next candy world. Total star count determines your rank on the global leaderboard and unlocks cosmetic candy skins that change the visual appearance of matched pieces without affecting gameplay mechanics.
